Educational Qualification:
  • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering / MBA from reputed institution/ Tertiary level education in Economics, Finance/ Business from reputed university
  • Candidates with 2/3 years similar working knowledge in ERP & experience in reputed company/ organization will be preferred.
  • Age at most 30 year(s)
  • Candidates with 2/3 years similar working knowledge in ERP & experience in reputed company/ organization will be preferred.
  • Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
  • Must have good analytical skills and good computer literacy.

Position Title: Executive- Supply Chain

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

Major responsibilities included import related banking/ commercial activities, communication with vendors/ suppliers and agents ensuring timely supply of quality goods/ supplies required for different departments/ units of the group
Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
To plan out procurement and execution of the approved plan
To collect indents/ requisition for each quantity requirement, conduct comparative analysis , select competitive suppliers, relevant correspondence and obtain approval of the authority
To visit markets at times and search vendors/ suppliers for quality goods / supplies with reasonable prices.
Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
Conduct various market surveys and generate reports on findings
Develop and maintain a Vendor/ Suppliers database
Other functions relevant to develop business & market.
